Harlequins out to Sting Wasps

host in the Gallagher on Sunday with both teams looking for vital points.

The weekend begins with Harlequins in the fourth and final play-off position. They have a four point lead over in fifth so the odds on a top four finish are looking good. A win for Northampton on Saturday against will heap the pressure on Harlequins.

They come into this match having won their last two matches. Wins have come against and . They beat bottom-of-the-table Worcester 50-26 with eight tries being put past the Warriors. It was a bit tighter away at London Irish though.

They were trailing until a late try and conversion by Marcus Smith earned them a valuable win, especially after playing most of the second half with 14 men. That was the result of Andre Esterhuizen being sent off and he's suspended for this match.

Winning a third consecutive Premiership match would be much appreciated. However, if wanting to be betting on that not that they haven't managed to win three in a row since February. This game against Wasps presents them with a very good chance of getting that third straight win so betting on them could be profitable.

Not since the 2013/14 season have Harlequins managed to finish in the top four. They are bidding to win a sixth straight home win in the Premiership this weekend. The last two have produced 109 points and more points look on the way this Sunday.

Overall, they have gone six home Premiership games without defeat, their best home run in the Premiership in five years. They are heavy odds on favourites to win this match. If you do fancy a punt, why not join top UK sportsbook Bet365 where your time will start with their excellent Bet365 bonus.

Wasps still have hopes of making it into next season's European Rugby . Sixth place is the minimum requirement, and they are currently six points adrift of that position.

They aren't in poor form though but did win last time out, beating Bath 39-29 at home. A form guide for the past ten Premiership games has only two sides below them and 18 points less than Harlequins. Three of the last four on the road have been lost. The other being a win at Falcons who are in dreadful form at present.

Wasps will want to forget the last meeting between these two clubs. Back in January, they hosted Harlequins and ended up losing 49-17. They  did get a win at the Stoop last season and could do with another one this weekend.

Harlequins will be boosted by the fact captain Stephan Lewies will be starting this match. He'd been out of action with a knee injury since March but played a part in the win at London Irish. Also coming into the starting line-up are Jack Kenningham (replacing the injured Will Evans) and Luke Northmore.

Wasps have also made changes to their starting line-up. They have James Gaskell back from injury and Tom Willis will be their number eight. Wasps will be captained by Brad Shields who'll be their flanker. This is a tough game for them though and a betting on Harlequins to win should see the odds justified.
