Dan Carter set to start for the All Blacks

There will be a battle of the IRB player of the year nominees at fly-half between and Dan Carter on Saturday as the All Black star has been passed fit and will start for against .
Carter was ruled out of last week's 33-10 win over and will undergo a late fitness test on his Achilles injury.
His return in the starting XV comes at the expense of Aaron Cruden in one of three changes to the team that thumped Wales in .
Keven Mealamu and Tony Woddcock will also have to pass a late fitness test suffering both from a calf injury but should start if they do so.
Mealamu wil start at hooker replacing Andrew Hore, who was hit with a five-week ban yesterday for his attack on Bradley Davies last week, while Woodcock should retain his place in the staring line-up.
In the other change, youngster Brodie Retallick gets the nod ahead of Luke Romano in the second row.
head coach Steve Hansen said: “DC, Woody and Kevvy obviously got through training the other day and we're comfortable enough to name them at this stage, but they'll have to get through today.
“Brodie has had a couple of games off the bench and has a big motor and goes all day long,” Hansen said. “We just think this game will suit him. It gives Luke a chance to have a break. Both of them are rookies and have had a big year so it's just an opportunity to subtly change it but not too much.”
“There is huge motivation within the team to finish the season off on a high and real excitement ahead of this weekend, with a packed house at Twickenham always a great occasion.
“We know that the English will lift themselves for their final match of the year, especially following their two recent narrow defeats (to and ) and we need to be prepared to match them in all facets.”
