Captaining Bedford Blues to the Championship final this season probably sums up what I’ve learned during my career.
I’ve been at Premiership clubs, won a World Under-20 Championship, experienced promotion with Saracens and played alongside some incredible players, but nothing beats being part of a club where you’re genuinely valued and where you play every week. People often ask me about
