England in need of a confidence boost

YES, Freddie Steward was the man of the match against Wales – from catching the ball every five minutes from Welsh kicks. Yes, England are not alone in their preferred kicking play as opposed to attacking rugby. What an indictment for the other 29 players and their performance.
In the second half against Italy, England kicked the ball to a blue shirt 13 times in the second half. Against Wales over 80 minutes I counted 34 kicks to a red shirt – 13 of these were from Owen Farrell and 14 by Jack van Poortvliet. What chance of any running rugby with those two?
