BEDFORD have signed centre Frank Kelly from Luctonians after Oskar Hirskyj-Douglas suffered a potential season-ending Achilles injury.Kelly, 25, links up with Mike Rayer’s squad for his first taste of Championship rugby following a successful period in England’s national leagues.Kelly spent a season in National One with Plymouth before joining Luctonians, where he made more than 100 appearances, including two seasons as top try scorer.Kelly’s arrival comes about after Hirskyj-Douglas suffered a long-term injury before reporting back for pre-season.Bedfor...
