WALES centre Scott Williams is to rejoin Scarlets after leaving Ospreys.Williams, 30, who has 58 Wales caps, left Scarlets to join Ospreys in 2018 but his three years at the Liberty Stadium were marred by injuries. Williams helped Scarlets win the PRO12 title in 2017.
