1. Late orders in restaurants
This is a nod to my past as someone who worked in a Michelin-starred kitchen. Empathising with my fellow chefs, I’d like to put in late orders. Being a chef tends to make you a grumpy old fella, so the chance of an early finish was the greatest high of any shift.
