ENGLAND head coach Alan Dickens blamed a lack of game management as his side crashed to defeat against reigning champions Ireland at Franklin’s Gardens.
Both sides were unbeaten heading into the clash, but it was Noel McNamara’s side who emerged victorious to make it three wins from three and claim the Triple Crown.
