Maro Itoje: I’m open to England playing Six Nations in USA

Maro Itoje says he would welcome the chance to lead England in a Six Nations match in the United States, despite the financial appeal of playing at Allianz Stadium.

Maro Itoje would jump at the chance to lead England in a “home” Six Nations clash across the Pond.
However, the captain expects the RFU will be loathe to lose out on a big Twickenham “money-maker”.
World Rugby says it will offer financial incentives to countries willing to switch a Six Nations match to the United States in its desire to spread the game there with the men’s and women’s World Cups being held in the States in 2031 and 2033 respectively.
