A clinical performance from an impressive Worthing side saw Westcliff play second fiddle throughout.
The home side defended with vigour, as has been the case all season, but in the end were outplayed by the power and enterprise of the men from Sussex.
After initial pressure from Westcliff, a loose ball was brutally capitalised upon with Worthing running half the length of the pitch to register the first score of the match from Thomas Bowen.
To Westcliff ’s credit, they drew level with a try from Ethan Tyler. Worthin...
