Kerr catches Pat’s eye on Bears trial

FORMER Leicester hooker Jake Kerr has joined Bristol until the end of the season. The 25-year-old, who has one Scotland cap, left Tigers last month after almost four years having played 46 times.
“Jake has impressed us since he arrived on a trial basis in April,” Bristol boss Pat Lam said. “With Harry Thacker not ready for first-team rugby just yet, we needed to bolster our depth in the hooker position ahead of the crucial run-in.”
