Foreign policy is hurting England

I WONDER if the stuffed shirts running the RFU (our old favourites at Coventry RFC, not) will take heed of the fact that the England football team’s two greatest footballers and match winners, Harry Kane and Jude Bellingham, don’t play club football in England, and lift their own discriminatory and downright counter-productive policy of not considering any English plying their trade abroad, predominantly in France, for England selection?
