Pundits ignore the rule breaches as well

WHILE I fully agree, as a true rugby fan, with Shane Williams’ views about the blatant disregard of the rules by hookers and kickers, I also find it incredible that, as well as the match officials ignoring
the fact, there is never any mention of these flagrant breaches by commentators or pundits. Could it be that they have also been instructed to “turn a blind eye”?
