WHILE I fully agree, as a true rugby fan, with Shane Williams’ views about the blatant disregard of the rules by hookers and kickers, I also find it incredible that, as well as the match officials ignoringthe fact, there is never any mention of these flagrant breaches by commentators or pundits.
