COMPARE the red card and four-week ban given to Ollie Thorley for a rugby accident by an ‘independent court’ which should have warranted a penalty at most, with the deliberate shoulder charge by Dan Biggar in the Italy v Wales international.
Biggar was not even cited. Why? Biggar’s action should warrant an even longer ban because of the intent.
