Elliot Daly, Will Fraser and Joel Tomkins have been called up by Stuart Lancaster as injury cover ahead of Saturday’s Six Nations game with France at Twickenham.
All three have been promoted following staring performances for the Saxons against Scotland A and Ireland Wolfhounds in recent weeks.
London Wasps centre Daly comes in as Ben Foden is on a post-match recovery programme after ankle trouble while Saracens duo Fraser and Tomnkins cover No.8 Ben Morgan, who is also undergoing rehabilitation for an ankle injury, and London Irish centre Jonathan Joseph, who will remain with London Irish for treatment on a foot problem.
