EDINBURGH survived a remarkable Ulster fightback to secure an impressive win in Belfast. The visitors appeared to have put the contest beyond doubt after dominating for 55 minutes to lead 34-5 – but an influx of Ulster replacements transformed the contest.
Freddy Douglas opened the scoring before Malelili Satala added Edinburgh’s second, while Michael Lowry provided Ulster’s only first-half response.
