Cornish Pirates’ Bruce Houston out to make the most of new life in France

Cornish Pirates top try scorer Bruce Houston helped secure a final day triumph against Nottingham on his 50th appearance, but the Irish-born fly-half now has his sights set on a new overseas adventure.
Houston, 25, has signed with French Nationale League side Bourg-en-Bresse for next season and is eager to get stuck into the French style of rugby.
The 6ft 4ins playmaker has relished his time at the Pirates and thinks that with his club’s new signings and the prospect of oncoming play-offs next season will only sharpen the Pirates' determination to keep pushing higher up the league.
