How and why did you get into coaching rugby?
As a teacher I always coached rugby at school. I finished playing at Exeter in 1995 and Bob Staddon, the Exeter coach and a mentor to me at the time, suggested I go straight into coaching. So, I went from first team player to first team head coach at Exeter!
