England scrum-half Alex Mitchell has opted to remain loyal to Northampton after being offered the chance of jumping ship and moving to France.
Mitchell is out of contract at the end of the season and had been sounded out about a move to Toulouse, who are looking to replace French superstar Antoine Dupont, who could be set for Japan.

Dupont, who is skipping this season’s Six Nations to focus on the Olympics, has been linked with a move to the Far East which has sent Toulouse scrambling for a replacement.
