DERBY look poised for a challenge at the Regional 1 Midlands title after an emphatic 66-29 victory over lowly Stoke-on-Trent.
They and table-topping Syston are the only sides to have won all four of their league games so far.
Lewis Hancock scored a hat-trick of tries for Derby, while Pat Burke added two of his own. Also crossing the whitewash were Callum Jones, Tom Antrobus, Josh Tizzard, Jake Roome and Seb Tebbs as they sent a clear message to their league rivals with the victory.
