Wage bill is cutting the clubs to the bone

My fellow columnist Colin Boag wrote last week that the salary cap cuts can only be good for the game as they would encourage our clubs to become more sustainable.
If our Premiership clubs could become self-sustaining it would obviously help the rest of the game’s finances and also free-up the RFU to once again fund the whole of the game – but sadly I doubt that will be the case.
