IT WAS not pretty, but Glasgow edged past the Lions for their second win in a row.
Warriors had to dig deep against their dogged visitors and back row Rory Darge said: “You can’t win every game throwing the ball around. We knuckled down and the team effort and the crowd support got us over the line.”
Glasgow took the lead after just three minutes when loosehead Jamie Bhatti, on his 50th appearance, bagged a try from short range. Stand-off Ross Thompson converted.
