WASPS’ season may have gone south, but not in the case of Tom West.
The prop makes his 50th appearance for the club against Bath on Sunday having established himself as a regular member of the match day squad and been called into the England camp during the Six Nations.
At the start of last season, the 25-year-old had made only 12 appearances for the club and had spent two years on loan at Nottingham. Having joined at the same time as Jack Willis and Will Stuart, his scrummaging opponent this afternoon, he wondered whether he would make it at Wasps.
