Richmond 7-27 Cornish Pirates: Impressive Pirates power on with bonus win

CORNISH Pirates continued their strong start to the season with a bonus point win over Richmond.
An early score from JB Bruzulier was followed up by a strong second-half performance where Maliq Holden, Tom Duncan and Matt Bolwell all made it over the line.
Richmond were greatly improved on their opening week performance against Hartpury, but will be ruing their missed opportunities as only debutant Will Kaye managed to make it on the score sheet.
Both sides had early opportunities to score, but Pirates’s Robin Wedlake and Richmond’s Will Kaye both knocked on with the try line beckoning.
