Homer set for PRO14

SCARLETS are set to sign Jersey scrum-half Will Homer. New head coach Glenn Delaney has Gareth Davies, Kieran Hardy and Dane Blacker as No.9 options, but Davies is set to spend much of the rest of the year on Test duty with Wales. Hardy is also seen as an international prospect should injury befall Davies, Tomos Williams or Rhys Webb and a first Welsh international call-up for him would leave Scarlets light.
