Kidney urges RFU to give Tier Two foundation its due

LONDON Irish supremo Declan Kidney has described the Championship as a “nugget of English rugby” that deserves full support from the RFU.
After guiding the Exiles to promotion, former Munster and Ireland head coach Kidney admits being surprised by the standard of England’s second tier.
