South Africa’s injury problems have worsened after Pierre Spies was ruled out of the entire Rugby Championship campaign with a finger injury.
The 27-year-old suffered the injury during the Bulls‘ Super 15 campaign last month and should be sidelined for three month after scans revealed the fracture has not healed properly.
