Quins duo retire through injury

Harlequins forwards Olly Kohn and Will Skinner have been forced to retire from the game on medical grounds due to injury.
Kohn underwent an exploratory surgery on his shoulder at the end of last season but the injury was discovered to be more severe than first feared and he was advised by the surgeon to retire immediately.
The 32-year-old lock joined from Bristol in July 2006 and has since made 139 appearances for the 2012 Premiership champions. His performances at club level were recognised by most and he made his international debut for Wales in this year’s Six Nations against Ireland.
Back-row Skinner, who has been battling with a neck injury for the past 12 months, has also been advised that he must not play again after 149 appearances for the first team since moving from Leicester in 2006.
