Leicester Tigers teenager Tubuna Maka believes his switch from tighthead to loosehead will be crucial in his development.
The Fijian-born England prospect is in his second season as part of the senior academy squad and recently spent time on loan at local National 1 clubs Leicester Lions and Birmingham Moseley. He made his Tigers debut last season in the Prem Cup and U20s Six Nations bow against Italy before also featuring from the bench against Wales.
