Room 101: Hartpury head coach Mark Cornwell

1. Seafood

I went to to play when I was 21 and the club there got me a job in a seafood factory which I think has scarred me for life. I was gutting and descaling fish from six in the morning until four in the afternoon and it was the worst environment to work in that I can ever imagine. My wife is allergic to seafood as well so I hardly ever eat it at home, and if we go out for a meal we'll walk straight out if we can smell fish wafting through the room.

TRP VERDICT: We're not going to be a prawn in your side, it's going in.

2. Dog owners who treat pets like children

My mum and dad bred dogs and we've got one now, and it's great to have him around. But would I let my dog sit on the sofa, go upstairs and sleep on our bed or take him into work with me? No I wouldn't! I can't believe some of the stuff people put on Instagram. A dog's a dog at the end of the day, it's a pet not a child.

TRP VERDICT: There's no ifs or mutts from us about this one either.

3. Social media

I use social media to try and keep up with things and I can see how it is positive in some instances but I also believe it is very damaging, especially for the current generation who are in danger of turning into mutes who can't communicate with each other through actual conversation. The vile abuse and repeated negative crap that you get on Twitter is a sad reflection of the world we live in.

TRP VERDICT: You've got a blue tick from us.
