Q: If you were sitting in Rugby Australia’s boardroom, where would you start rebuilding Australian rugby?
A: That’s a really good question. I don’t pretend to know all the ins and outs of how Rugby Australia conducts its business, but looking at it from the outside now, and having been through the system myself, I’d invest heavily in the academy structures.
