Former Richmond director of rugby Steve Hill puts the questions to Gavin Cattle, the joint head coach of Cornish Pirates

Why did you get into coaching and how did you arrive at your current position?
I love the game and enjoy helping players improve. Alongside playing I coached DPP level for Exeter. Whilst playing for the Pirates we lost a coach halfway through the season. I was asked to fill in and I have been filling in ever since!
