CARMARTHEN Quins kept their slim title hopes alive with an impressive bonus point win at Eugene Cross Park. The west Walians are now up to fourth in the table, ten points behind the leaders.
They were far too good for an Ebbw Vale side who looked severely underpowered. Jack Wilson kicked Carmarthen into an early lead before Dave Whiting showed tremendous footwork to score the opening try for Ebbw Vale.
Evan Lloyd converted and kicked three further penalties to send the hosts into a 16-6 lead at the interval....
