Leinster academy boys step up

Max Deegan praised the attitude of an understrength side as they blew Cardiff away to make it 17 straight wins this season in all competitions.
This was their ninth bonus point win in 13 URC games and it was achieved with several players who are ranked third or fourth in their positions.
“It’s a new group this week so we have to be proud of that performance. I think we had eight academy players there but while we got some good scores we also left some out there,” said Deegan.
