Watching that Championship final back still hurts. We had a very good season last year and there was so much to be proud of, but when you get that close and fall at the final hurdle, it stays with you.
We beat Worcester Warriors twice in the league campaign and then lost the one that mattered most, so there is no point trying to dress it up.
It still stings a bit and that is easy motivation for us going into this season.
The goal is simple: we want to go one better.
