Plymouth Albion have laid down an early marker ahead of the new National 1 campaign with a recruitment drive packed with experience from the professional game.

Albion finished third last season, winning 20 of their 26 matches and accumulating 104 points, but head coach Ryan Lamb has responded to missing out on promotion by significantly strengthening his squad.
