Devonport Services head coach Ben Russell insists the club will remain proudly amateur as they prepare for a second crack at National Two West.

Services return to level four having learned painful lessons from their previous spell two seasons ago, when injuries and a lack of quality depth forced them to use 48 players across the campaign.
The south west outfit picked up just four wins from their 26 outings.
However, Russell believes the biggest difference this time is a deeper squad built around young local players who want to develop, rather than players attracted by money.
