LEEDS Tykes maintained their unbeaten start to the season, pulling away late to beat cross-city rivals Otley.
There was midweek banter between the two sides on BBC Radio Leeds and the spectacle didn’t disappoint the bumper crowd in blistering conditions.
The game could have turned sour when Otley’s Gavin Stead was sent off and Sam Waddington was binned seven minutes later, both before half-time.
Otley stood firm until the latter stages when Leeds cut loose.
