FYLDE’S derby dominance continued with a win over Preston Grasshoppers after the visitors capitalised on a weak defensive effort from the hosts. Hoppers got the scoring underway when Ed Keohane touched down after two minutes, but Fylde responded quickly with a flowing backs move to see Adam Lanigan score.
Will Hunt kicked two penalties to give Hoppers the lead, but that did not last long as Thomas Forster made the most of some confusion to cross.
