FINALLY, Welsh turned a game they should have won into a game.... they won!
An eager crowd desperate to see the exiles get over the line were treated to an excellent display, with Welsh starting with the bit between their teeth.
Debutant Ben Williams crossed after 12 minutes for Matt Hodgson to convert.
Welsh extended their lead when Hodgson slotted a penalty, shortly after Osian McAvoy had dotted down under the sticks.
