ANOTHER bumper crowd at the Lane saw both Bury St Edmunds and Havant battle to a standstill.
Havant took the lead through a Ben Griffin try, converted by Joel Knight, before Bury drew level with a Rhuardri Williams try and conversion by Callum Hall. Bury then grabbed two more converted tries through Callum Hall and Samir Kharbouch.
Five minutes before the break, Havant hit back when Wes Dugan scored to make it 14-21 in Bury’s favour.
