Worthing’s worthy win in tight tussle

The old cliche of a game of two halves was played out at Magnolia Road as both sides battled it out in a competitive and, in the end, tense match.
Rochford started at pace and Kyle Johnson opened the scoring with a fine try within five minutes which Chris Dudman converted.
Worthing struck back almost immediately when hooker Elliott Luke went over and Harrison Sims converted to level the score.
Rochford came back and Johnson scored his second after 13 minutes, Dudman converting.
