Reigning back-to-back National champions Exeter University have been handed a difficult start but new head of rugby Gareth Elliott is excited about their difficult opening three games.
Exeter face 2017 League winners Hartpury University on the opening day on Wednesday before travelling to Nottingham, who finished eighth last season. Elliott’s side then take on last season’s National runners up Loughborough University, who finished top of the league last term.
