Australia flanker Tom Hooper feels he has grown as a player this season at Exeter Chiefs.
The 17-cap Wallaby was instrumental in the Chiefs run to the Prem final, playing 22 games this season.
“It’s challenged me to grow, certainly. Not only on the field, off the field as well,” Hooper, 25, said.
“As an individual I realised if I’m going to put my body through 40-plus games a season, including internationals, I’m going to have to change a few habits.”
