FOR those of you at the back not paying attention, Uruguay qualified for their sixth appearance in the World Cup Finals last week even if they lost the home tie of their double legged qualifier against Chile in Montevideo.
Across the two games they won 46-37 on aggregate and did the heavy lifting the week before with an outstanding 28-16 win in Santiago and, at full strength for once, were looking to close the tie out in style in front of their home fans.
