Wales forwards Dewi Lake and Jac Morgan, South Africa lock Jean Kleyn, and scrum-half Dan Robson have signed on for next season and the New Zealander – who has taken up his role on a consultancy basis – believes the Cherry and Whites must tailor their game-plan to the talent available.
Gloucester have won only one league game this season and sit ninth in the table following a number of high-profile departures last summer.
