Geoff Parling has told his Leicester Tigers players to take advantage of the rare chance to win a trophy when they face Exeter Chiefs in the Prem Cup final at Mattioli Woods Welford Road today.
It is the third time the Tigers have reached a final in as many seasons.
They lost to Gloucester in the Prem Cup at Kingsholm in 2024 and last year went down to Bath at Twickenham in the league play-off final.
