Gaffney slams missing North

GEORGE North came under fire from Saints boss Alan Gaffney for being unavailable yesterday. Gaffney questioned the Wales wing’s commitment to the club after he failed to be in the side to play Sale.
Aussie Gaffney is upset that North, who returned from injury to make Six Nations appearances for Wales, did not put himself forward for selection for the Premiership clash.
North, who has come off the bench in Wales’ last two games against England and Ireland, is hoping to get a start against Italy next weekend. He was released by Warren Gatland back to his English club and Saints we...
