Kingston: Penalty count was against us

HARLEQUINS rugby director John Kingston said his team had been hard done by: “We were the better team for first hour if not for the game.
“When you come here you have got to be 10 to 15 points better to win the game – the penalty count was 11-4 against us and it makes it very hard to win games.”
