O ‘Connor queries crucial Adams try

LEICESTER director of rugby Matt O ‘Connor claimed afterwards referee Greg Macdonald should have referred Jack Adams ‘ second try to the television match official because of a potential forward pass.
The wing swept through the Leicester defence in the 37th minute to put his team 19-10 up.
But home fans protested about a possible forward pass from fly half Jono Lance when the wing burst clear.
O ‘Connor claimed Worcester also feared a forward pass as full-back Chris Pennell quickly took a drop goal conversion to prevent a debate over the try.
